Spinal Energetics (SE) is a somatic and nervous system modality developed by Dr. Sarah Jane Perri (Chiropractor and Counsellor). This practice blends ancient wisdom with modern approaches, creating a transformative healing experience. SE draws upon on a range of healing practices including Network Spinal, Kundalini Activation Process, Pranayama, Alpha Alignment, Shamanism, Inner Dance, Reiki, Esoteric Acupuncture, Craniosacral Therapy, Transpersonal Psychotherapy, and Trauma Release, and is enriched by Eastern philosophies such as Buddhism, Hinduism, Chinese Medicine, and Yogic traditions. Imagine yourself as a vibrant tapestry of energy—woven from your physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and soulful aspects, shaped by your ancestral heritage, life experiences, and unique character. Together, we will work within this matrix to restore balance and guide you back to your natural state of well-being. As we work together, we’ll foster deep self-awareness, softening or strengthening any patterns of resistance or submission, allowing your energy and well-being to flow freely.
