Event #1 | Nervous System Reset - A Spinal Energetics & Kinesiology Collaboration

Join Oliviah and Stacie for a powerful evening to reset your nervous system. Through the combined wisdom of Spinal Energetics and Kinesiology, you’ll activate your body’s natural flow of energy and support your nervous system in returning to a regulated and aligned state.

Stacie will begin by guiding you through a series of Kinesiology techniques, engaging the flow of energy in individual muscles. Together, we’ll open the governing meridian—starting with reflex points in the feet, then moving through the legs, spine, and neck—to awaken your body’s energetic pathways and prepare you for a deeper experience.

From there, Oliviah will lead you through a somatic practice and Spinal Energetics session to help you reset and reconnect with your body’s innate healing intelligence.
