• Currently taking 2+ heavy medications that alter brain chemistry
• Severe mental health conditions (psychosis, schizophrenia, DID, severe PTSD)
• Currently in 1st or 3rd trimester of pregnancy
• Any other condition that would impair or affect your ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release
