In-person Reiki & Chakra Balancing

Service Description

Our energy field is composed of the information that exists within and around us, which influences us on a cellular level. When we have not processed our thoughts, emotions, and memories, the energy that they hold becomes stored in the body causing blockages in our life force energy (Qi). Without release, the residual energy from these thoughts, emotions, and memories, can hinder one's growth and experience of life, while also evolving into mental and physical illness. During a Reiki and Chakra Alignment session as a new client, we will first discuss your background, health history, goals and intentions, as well as what has been coming up for you recently. Once you settle into a comfortable position, meditation, Reiki, therapeutic sound, and chakra clearing/balancing will be utilized to unwind stress and tension, as well as release all that is not serving you. My goal is to hold a safe and warm space for you to unwind, express what that comes up, and release all that your body needs to. I hope that you leave feeling empowered and more peaceful, with free flowing Qi.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice will result in a late fee, which is equal to 50% of the scheduled service fee. Thank you!
